Absolutely. We understand that what you need may shift during your stay. Our packages provide suggested frameworks, but you're free to adjust activities, dining arrangements, or level of interaction with staff based on how you're feeling. We ask only that you communicate any significant changes so we can coordinate accordingly.

Each package includes accommodations, daily meals (with options for in-room or communal dining), access to all resort facilities, and the coordination services described in the package. Additional services such as spa treatments, specialized excursions, or extended childcare can be arranged for separate fees. We provide transparent pricing upfront so you know what to expect.

We recommend booking at least three weeks ahead, particularly for multi-generational stays that require more complex room configurations. However, we understand that sometimes you need a retreat on shorter notice. Contact us even if your timeline is brief—we'll do our best to accommodate you.

We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival receive a full refund. Between 7-14 days, we retain 50% to cover committed arrangements. Within 7 days of arrival, the full amount is retained. These policies help us maintain quality service while being as flexible as possible with genuine life changes.

Yes, our culinary team works with various dietary needs including allergies, religious requirements, and personal preferences. Please inform us of any restrictions when booking so we can prepare appropriately. Our goal is for mealtimes to be nourishing and stress-free.
