These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Stillwater Retreat, located at 39 Artillery Avenue, Sentosa Cove, Singapore 099958. By booking a stay, using our website, or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms in full.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking or using our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Guest," "you," or "your") and Stillwater Retreat ("we," "us," or "our").

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book services. If booking on behalf of minors or other individuals, you represent that you have authority to do so and accept these terms on their behalf.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a booking. This includes contact details, guest names, special requirements, and payment information. Inaccurate information may result in service complications or booking cancellation.

All content on our website and materials provided during your stay, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and methodologies, are owned by Stillwater Retreat or our licensors. This content is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials provided during your stay for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
By providing feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and publish such content for marketing, improvement, and testimonial purposes. We may edit reviews for length or clarity while maintaining their substance.
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are subject to applicable taxes. Package rates include accommodation, meals, facility access, and coordination services as described. Additional services carry separate fees disclosed at time of booking.
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date. Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payment methods. Payment processing is handled through secure, PCI-compliant providers. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
Once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed for that reservation. We reserve the right to modify prices for future bookings with reasonable notice. Promotional rates may have specific terms and restrictions.
Prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Singapore law. Any additional local taxes or fees will be disclosed before payment confirmation.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Date changes requested more than 14 days before arrival are accommodated subject to availability, with no change fee. Changes within 14 days are treated as cancellations subject to the policy above.
Failure to arrive on your scheduled date without prior cancellation results in forfeiture of all payments. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Guests who depart before their scheduled departure date are not entitled to refunds for unused nights or services. Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies at management discretion.
If we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, facility emergencies), you will receive a full refund or rebooking option. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions of our services, packages, and facilities, we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Minor variations may occur.
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted service, specific results, or suitability for particular purposes.
We provide hospitality and coordination services, not medical or therapeutic treatment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes regarding rest, relationship improvement, or personal development. Guests with medical conditions should consult healthcare providers before booking.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Stillwater Retreat's liability for any claim arising from your stay is limited to the amount paid for your booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests should secure valuables and consider appropriate insurance coverage. Safe deposit facilities are available upon request.
We are not liable for failures or delays in service due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, utility failures, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.
Guests may terminate their stay at any time but are not entitled to refunds for unused services unless circumstances warrant management discretion.
We may terminate your stay immediately without refund if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or threaten the safety or comfort of others. Law enforcement may be contacted when appropriate.
Upon termination, you must vacate the premises immediately and return any property or access materials. Your payment obligations for services rendered remain in effect. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.
In the event of any disagreement or concern, we encourage guests to first contact us directly at [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing other legal action. Mediation costs will be shared equally.
These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of Singapore, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
This agreement is executed in English. If translated for convenience, the English version prevails in case of discrepancies.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stillwater Retreat regarding use of our services.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Waivers must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives.
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to affiliated entities or successors without restriction.
Notices to Stillwater Retreat must be sent to [email protected]. We will send notices to the email address provided in your booking. Electronic notices are considered delivered when sent.
These terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. No person or entity not party to this agreement may enforce any provision.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Bookings confirmed before changes are governed by the terms in effect at booking time. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates acceptance.
